Bethany Whiteside

Bethany Whiteside completed a BA Hons in history in 2005, and has extensive experience in the public arts sector. Bethany joined the MSc Dance Science and Education program at the University of Edinburgh in 2009. In 2011 she embarked on an ESRC CASE Studentship, supported by a Capacity Building Cluster ‘Capitalising on Creativity’ grant, focusing on the sociology of participatory dance. Since embarking on her PhD, Bethany has presented and published at national and international conferences and given guest lectures at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the University of Edinburgh. She is also co-editor of the Scottish Journal of Performance

Depuis qu’elle a commencé son doctorat, Bethany a présenté et publié ses travaux dans des conférences nationales et internationales et donné des cours en tant qu’invitée au Conservatoire Royal d’Écosse et à l’Université d’Édimbourg. Elle est aussi co-éditrice du Scottish Journal of Performance.
